Note: cracking in wood cannot be prevented by the tension between the heartwood and sapwood.
Especially with round posts, this is more of an issue, as the entire core of the tree is in the post.
Because the posts are painted black but the impregnation is light in colour, cracks will be more noticeable.
This does not compromise the quality of the pole or its lifespan.
For the best appearance, over time the cracks can be camouflaged with, for example, black stain.

The amount of material you get depends on the number of meters you order.
For example: you order 98 meters with distance between posts 2.50m, then it is automatically rounded up to a multiple of 5 and will we supply you for 100m
-> 40 posts in the length 2.20m and 80 boards of 2.50m long (up to 100m we deliver boards of 2.50m in stead of 5m)
or
For example: you order 100 meters with distance between posts 3m, then it is automatically rounded up to a multiple of 3 and will we supply you for 100m
-> 34 posts in the length 2.20m and 68 boards of 3m long.
If you need more posts and/or boards, in addition to the completed number of meters, you can use the option to add it to your order.

Of course you can pick up your order yourself at our warehouse in 't Harde.
This is possible on (please make an appointment to avoid unneccessary waiting):
Mondays between 10.00 and 17.00 hours
Wednesdays between 11.00 and 17.00 hours
Thursday between 11.00 and 17.00 hours
Fridays between 11.00 and 16.00 hours
Saturdays between 10.00 and 14.00 hours
If you want to collect something at a different time, please discuss it with us.
You will receive the final confirmation of your pick-up appointment soon after placing your order.
Collection by a self-employed carrier is unfortunately not possible.
Naturally, there are no costs involved in picking up your order.
