Cancellation policy
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and named by you takes or has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal
If the consumer withdraws from the contract after delivery has already taken place, the goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
The refund, including delivery costs, shall be made without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
For this refund, Lands End will use the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction.
We may refuse the refund until we have recovered the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return
The consumer must return or hand over the goods without delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which Lands End is notified of the cancellation of the contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the 14-day period. 
The return shipment can be organised by the customer himself or arranged by Lands End at the customer's request.
The cost of the return shipment organised by Lands End will be announced in advance.
The return costs may differ from the delivery costs.
If it can be shown that the nature of the packaging was such that the product could be assessed without damaging or opening the packaging, Lands End may refuse to organise the return transport and/or charge higher return costs.
In that case, the consumer must organise the return transport himself.

Return shipping costs
The consumer bears the cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay the depreciation of the goods if this depreciation is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for verifying the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following agreements:
Contracts for custom-made products.
Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
