Terms and Conditions
Article 1 - General

1.2. Lands End never shares your personal data with third parties. Your information may only be used to inform you about new products or other updates from Lands End.
1.3. Lands End is required to report any suspected abuse or fraud to the police.
Article 2 - Products
The products offered by Lands End are described in good faith. Product images are as up-to-date as possible, and product information, specifications, photos, and images are represented as accurately as possible. No rights can be derived from minor discrepancies in delivered products.
Article 3 - The Agreement
3.1. The agreement with Lands End is finalized once you confirm acceptance of the terms and conditions and full payment has been made. If Lands End does not receive your payment within 10 days of the order date, the order is considered canceled. Ownership of materials tied to an installation agreement is transferred only after full payment for both the materials and installation has been completed. If full payment is not made, Lands End reserves the right to reclaim the materials.
3.2. The agreement is established electronically by filling in the necessary fields and agreeing to the terms and conditions.
3.3. After completing your purchase, you will receive written confirmation of your order via email.
Article 4 - Cancellation Policy and Right of Withdrawal

Article 5 - Delivery Time
Delivery occurs in accordance with the specified delivery time unless stock issues or extreme weather conditions prevent this. Lands End will notify you of the new delivery time as soon as possible. If you cannot agree to the revised delivery time, you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a refund.
Article 6 - Prices
6.1. All prices listed on our webshop are inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.
6.2. The price listed on the website for a product will not change during your electronic purchase. You pay the amount displayed next to the product and confirmed during your purchase.
6.3. If a product is purchased outside of a promotional period, you are not entitled to a retroactive discount.
6.4. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers. Free shipping for orders over €3,500 cannot be exchanged for a discount on ordered products.
6.5. If you choose in-store pickup and select a pickup date more than 4 weeks after the order date, we cannot guarantee price stability.
6.6. No rights can be derived from price quotes.
Article 7 - Complaints and Warranty
7.1. Upon receiving your order, you must check the quantity, quality, and condition of the products on the day of receipt. For in-store pickups, you are responsible for verifying quantities and dimensions. Complaints must be reported to Lands End as soon as possible and must include a photo of the unopened package.
7.2. You may return your order within 14 days of receipt if the products are unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Refunds, excluding shipping, return shipping, and administrative costs, are issued after the goods have been received and inspected at Lands End’s warehouse.
7.3. For materials delivered without immediate installation, storage conditions may impact cracking and warping. Lands End is not liable for these issues.
7.4. Complaints regarding installation must be made within 8 days of completion.
Article 8 - Warranty
The warranty does not cover:
• Use of products in unsuitable climatic conditions.
• Abnormal use, poor maintenance, normal wear and tear, or rot.
• Damage from intentional misuse, fraud, or natural phenomena such as floods or windstorms.
• Warping, cracking, or discoloration from iron-rich groundwater or other materials.
Article 9 - Liability
Lands End is only liable for foreseeable and direct damages caused by a failure in the delivered products. Consequential or indirect damages are excluded from compensation. Customers are responsible for the proper use of products. Lands End is not liable for accidents, personal injuries, or material damages resulting from product use.
Article 10 - Delivery
Goods are delivered to the specified location alongside the delivery vehicle, provided the location is easily accessible.
• The customer will be informed of the delivery time by the transporter. If the delivery is refused, Lands End is entitled to charge additional shipping costs for a new delivery attempt.
• Orders containing products wider or longer than 2.40m require a forklift for unloading, which may result in higher shipping costs. Customers may choose to unload the items themselves using mechanical tools (>1000kg).
Article 11 - Installation
• Installation pricing excludes paving removal, ground clearing, and other preparatory work unless agreed upon.
• Delays caused by underground obstacles (e.g., tree stumps, pipes) will incur additional charges.
• Extra materials required during installation will be charged at current prices.
Article 12 - Payment Terms for Installation
• Products: 50% at order placement, 50% before delivery.
• Installation Work: 30% at order placement, 50% before installation, and 20% upon completion (within 7 days).
• Late payments will incur statutory interest.
Article 13 - Governing Law
